By downloading, installing, or using FishML ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

FishML is a fishing companion app that provides:

• AI-powered fishing recommendations
• Weather and fishing condition forecasts
• Spot discovery and lake maps
• AI fishing coach and learning resources

The recommendations provided are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee fishing success.

User Accounts

You may create an account using Google or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us of any unauthorized use

Subscriptions and Payments

FishML offers optional premium subscriptions ("FishML Pro"). By subscribing:

• You authorize recurring charges to your payment method
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime through your App Store account settings
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store policies

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to interfere with the App's operation
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use automated systems to access the App

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (saved spots, community messages, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it within the App's features.

Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy of fishing recommendations or forecasts
• Continuous, uninterrupted service
• That the App will meet your specific requirements

Always follow local fishing regulations and safety guidelines. You are responsible for your own safety while fishing.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FishML shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.
